Scheduled runs walk through your product again. If a step breaks, the walkthrough is flagged, your webhooks fire and the owners get an email naming the step.
With AI switched on, a button that moved or was renamed is found again automatically, and you can save the fix into the script with one click.
Choose an ElevenLabs voice after hearing a sample. Translate into Welsh, French, Polish, Urdu and more. Change one sentence and only that line is re-voiced: a new video in a minute.

Add one script tag to your site, or use the browser extension for sites you cannot change. The guide dims the page, highlights each element, speaks the step and waits for the person to do it, or does it for them.
Scheduled re-checks run the walkthrough again. A step that no longer works marks it as broken, tells your webhooks and emails the owners. Viewers keep seeing the last good version until you fix it.
Yes. Sign in once by hand in the live browser and the session is reused, or store a demo login that is typed in for you. Both are encrypted, and passwords never appear in the video.
Recordings cannot reach private or internal addresses, personal data is blurred, and stored logins are encrypted. If you need full control, run HandHoldly on your own server.
New videos, help articles or live guide sessions pause until your allowance resets on your next billing date. We email the account owners at 80% and again at 100%, and you can buy a one-off top-up or move up a plan at any time. Nothing is ever billed automatically. If live guide sessions run out, your site keeps working: the guide simply does not start until they are topped up or reset.
